Ellie is a specialised AI colleague for the real estate industry, designed to automate complex, document-heavy workflows and enhance decision-making . Ellie understands complex real estate workflows and empowers teams to work smarter, not harder.
Project Scope
We created a product launch video to introduce Ellie and her impact on real estate. From script to cel animation, we procided an end-to-end solution. Delivering localized versions for the UK and US with a grounded visual style tailored to a no-hype audience.
About the
project
Fifth Dimension AI is reimagining how real estate professionals interact with information. Their product, Ellie, isn’t a generic AI assistant. She’s a senior AI colleague, built to deeply understand the real estate domain and automate complex workflows across documents, data, and decisions.
To support the launch, we created a product video that introduced Ellie’s role, impact, and vision. The goal was to inspire trust while communicating the paradigm shift Ellie represents. Given the audience’s sensitivity to hype, both the messaging and visual approach avoided exaggerated claims or over-the-top, trendy animation styles. Instead, we focused on clear, confident storytelling and grounded visuals that highlighted Ellie’s real-world benefits.
We delivered two localized versions (UK and US), adapting everything from voiceovers to terminology to ensure relevance in different markets. The result was a launch asset that helped position Ellie as a transformative new colleague, not just another AI tool.
